Job Description

The EHS Manager will engage all departments to ensure safety and environmental compliance, develop and implement programs, and promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor safety and environmental policies in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations.
• Advise management on safety and environmental issues.
• Conduct safety training, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Maintain safety and environmental records and prepare reports.
• Support regulatory compliance efforts, including permits and reporting requirements.
• Lead safety committees and coordinate emergency response teams.
• Evaluate hazard management systems and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of safety, health, and environmental experience in manufacturing or power generation.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA regulations, and safety management systems.
