Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in ISU's Co-op Program.
• Maintain full-time student status throughout the co-op.
• Preferred: sophomore or junior in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from design to installation, including new systems and platforms.
• Perform field inspections and document equipment, parts, and operating conditions.
• Update piping and instrument diagrams and develop inventory based on criticality.
• Coordinate with management and technicians on feasibility, design, and workflow.
• Develop and track operational data, processes, and maintenance procedures.
• Identify bottlenecks, unsafe practices, and cost-saving improvement opportunities.
