Airswift is seeking a Power Plant Cost Lead / Cost Controller in Dallas, TX to drive cost-control for a major Texas power-generation project, including simple-cycle generation and battery energy storage systems.

The role focuses on cost forecasting, variance analysis, change management, and reporting to project and EPC teams, with 40 or 50 hours per week and a through-Q4-2029 duration. A hands-on, senior-level cost control background is required.

This opportunity supports a major power-generation project in Texas with simple-cycle generation and battery energy storage systems. The role is focused on project cost control, forecasting, variance analysis, and change management, working closely with project and EPC teams. Required Experience

• 10+ years of relevant experience in project cost control
• Senior- or lead-level capability with a hands-on approach
