Job summary

Management Solutions LLC in Knoxville, TN seeks a Digital Solutions Developer – Power Pages & UX to deliver secure, accessible web experiences as a 1099 contractor (approx. 40 hours/week for 6–9 months).

You will design and build Power Pages solutions, translate requirements into responsive interfaces with HTML/CSS/JS and Power Platform, and collaborate with leads to produce production-ready functionality. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in consulting, strong Power Pages and front-end skills,

Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional experience in consulting or related field.
• Experience designing and implementing Power Pages solutions.
• Strong front-end skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive design.
• Experience with Dataverse and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience customizing Power Pages with Liquid, templates, forms and permissions.
• Solid understanding of UX and translating designs into production-ready experiences.
• Experience integrating solutions with APIs and enterprise systems.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality functionality.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills focused on usability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and build public-facing solutions using Microsoft Power Pages, Dataverse, and the broader Power Platform.
• Translate requirements, wireframes, and user needs into polished, responsive experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid, and Power Pages.
• Apply UX and human-centered design to simplify complex portfolio information, workflows, and interactions.
• Integrate Power Pages with Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, APIs, Microsoft 365, and other data sources.
• Configure authentication, web roles, table permissions, and security capabilities.
• Collaborate with solution leads, analysts, designers, and developers to refine requirements and deliver functioning features.
• Participate in prototyping, testing, deployment, and iterative user feedback while ensuring accessibility, performance, and maintainability.
