Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in accounting/finance or related field, strong Excel skills, and a willingness to relocate or travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of financial/data analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, or equivalent.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel/relocate as required.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook; Pivot Tables and V-Lookups preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to spot discrepancies.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Must be able to access all parts of a construction site as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous internship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recognizes the importance of teamwork and supports project needs.
• Builds relationships with the Operations team and learns the workflow.
• Understands payroll and HR process flows and related systems.
• Maintains purchasing workflow and internal controls for invoices.
• Supports accounts payable process and vendor issue resolution.
• Understands intercompany and client billing workflows and timely billing.
• Ensures cost data and adjustments meet standards and accounting rules.
• Reviews forecast/budget reports and corrects inconsistencies for management.
• Identifies and discusses forecast/budget issues with cost reporting.
