This leadership role will shape power integrity capabilities supporting next-generation data center and high-speed digital infrastructure. You will lead and develop a globally distributed engineering team responsible for simulating, validating, and characterizing advanced power conversion and distribution solutions. The position combines technical depth in power and signal integrity with global team leadership, customer engagement, and laboratory strategy. You will help scale engineering capabilities across the Americas and Southeast Asia while evolving lab capacity, processes, and centers of excellence. You will also guide hands-on investigation of complex electrical challenges and ensure simulation results correlate accurately with physical measurements. This is an opportunity to influence high-value technology programs supporting increasingly demanding compute and data center architectures.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a globally distributed Power Integrity engineering team across the Americas and Southeast Asia.
  • Scale global Power Integrity capabilities and establish strategies for laboratory expansion, including capacity, geography, and centers of excellence.
  • Manage global Power Integrity laboratory processes, capabilities, and capacity to support data center performance requirements.
  • Guide engineers designing, validating, and characterizing power conversion and delivery systems for large-scale compute infrastructure.
  • Oversee simulation and testing of power distribution products, including cables, connectors, and bus bars supporting 800+V and 20+kA server rack and data center applications.
  • Review simulation models and technical methodologies for accuracy, develop simulation plans, and oversee execution of comprehensive simulation suites.
  • Improve simulation models and conditions by correlating simulation results with measured laboratory data.
  • Lead measurement and characterization of AC response, parasitics, impedance, and other electrical performance characteristics.
  • Guide hands-on testing, debugging, and root-cause analysis to identify and resolve electrical and power integrity issues.
  • Ensure detailed technical documentation, validation reports, simulation results, and laboratory findings support product development decisions.
  • Participate in concept and design reviews, ensuring simulation and test data demonstrate acceptable product performance.
  • Lead high-value engineering and product development initiatives involving large, multidisciplinary teams and complex technical requirements.
  • Improve engineering and design processes by increasing simulation confidence and strengthening correlation between models and physical performance.
  • Manage technical collaboration with customers and industry leaders, translating customer requirements into internal development priorities and solutions.
  • Drive alignment between global engineering teams, customer requirements, and strategic technology objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Approximately 10 years of electrical engineering experience, including at least 5 years focused on power conversion and distribution and approximately 5 years of global leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing geographically distributed engineering teams.
  • Experience managing global customer requirements and gathering technical Voice of Customer insights.
  • Strong background in Power Integrity and Signal Integrity design, simulation, laboratory measurement, validation, and characterization.
  • Experience with electrical design and simulation tools such as SPICE, Allegro, PowerDC, and Ansys Q3D.
  • Strong understanding of voltage converter architectures and power delivery systems.
  • Familiarity with high-voltage and three-phase electrical systems is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment such as network analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and related test instrumentation.
  • Ability to interpret electrical measurements and characterize performance using appropriate laboratory methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous and highly constrained requirements into precise technical solutions.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative within a geographically dispersed organization with limited day-to-day direction.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to engineers, customers, executives, and other diverse audiences.
  • Strong people leadership, coaching, talent development, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with external customers, industry leaders, and internal stakeholders across functions, disciplines, and geographies.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary of $225,000-$260,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
  • Additional incentive compensation as part of the overall compensation package.
