Metis Search, a renowned international boutique investment bank, is expanding its Power, Infrastructure & Renewables team in Florida with opportunities at Analyst and Associate levels. You will assist senior bankers in origination and execution, build financial models, and prepare investment materials for live mandates.

The role requires at least one year of IB experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills; an MBA is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year of investment banking experience.
• Strong technical capabilities in financial modelling, valuation and due diligence.
• Exposure to Power, Energy, Infrastructure or Renewables is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Support senior bankers in origination and execution of transactions.
• Conduct financial modelling, valuation analyses and due diligence for live mandates.
• Develop high-quality financial analyses and transaction materials for decision-making.
• Mentor and support junior Analysts, contributing to team development.
• Build relationships with clients, advisors and stakeholders.
• Prepare marketing and transaction documents such as memoranda and pitch books.
