Job summary

Dominion Energy South Carolina (DESC) seeks a Power Generation Site Manager for Wateree Station near Eastover, SC. You will lead a two-unit coal-fired site, directing operations, maintenance, and material handling while focusing on safety and long-term planning.

Reporting to the General Manager, Power Generation Operations, you will drive cost control, regulatory compliance, and performance reporting, coordinating across engineering, finance, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of power generation ops/maintenance experience OR
• Associate degree plus 10+ years of power generation experience

Responsibilities

• Lead Wateree Station operations and maintenance teams with safety focus.
• Develop, manage and report station business plans, budgets, and inventory.
• Represent station in community, industry, and regulatory activities.
