Job summary

Atlas Energy Solutions Inc. is seeking a Safety Coordinator (Power) to support HSE and operations across permanent power generation facilities.

You will lead site-level regulatory compliance, audit generation and battery energy storage systems, and embed safety requirements in construction and commissioning. In this role you will guide management, HSE staff and crews to reduce injuries, environmental incidents, and property damage while coordinating drills with local responders and ensuring

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
2+ years HSE experience in power generation, energy infrastructure, or heavy industrial ops.
Experience implementing NFPA 70E and arc flash mitigation; LOTO knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead site-level regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, and AHJs for power facilities.
Audit generation and battery storage systems for electrical, mechanical, and environmental standards.
Participate in commissioning and transition from temporary to permanent installations with safety embedded.
Conduct incident investigations using root cause methods and track corrective actions to closure.
Engage field crews and contractors with toolbox talks and safety observations; report incidents promptly.
