Job summary

We Energies invites enthusiastic students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering to join our Power Generation internship program in Germantown, Concord or Paris, WI. The role runs May/June 2027 through the summer, with a starting hourly rate of $23.10 and paid holidays, and offers hands-on experience on our generating fleet.

You will be mentored by seasoned engineers, support operations and maintenance, and contribute to optimization and project work across multiple plant

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or HSED.
• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering or related majors with graduation after June 2026.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8.
• Valid driver's license.
