Job summary

Beusa Energy Group in The Woodlands, TX is seeking an experienced Product Engineer to develop and implement mechanical systems for power generation packages and auxiliary systems, guiding projects from concept through commissioning.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, 0–10 years of gas turbine or power generation experience, ability to read engineering drawings, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited institution.
• 0–10 years of gas turbine or power generation equipment experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Specific knowledge of GE/Siemens/Solar gas turbines and Caterpillar/MTU reciprocating engines recommended.

Responsibilities

• Supports design and implementation of mechanical systems for power generation packages and subsystems.
• Assists manufacturing with drawings, P&IDs, specs and documentation.
• Participates in commissioning and handover of systems to customers.
• Collaborates with procurement and supply chain for new and existing product lines.
• Helps prepare documentation for Factory Acceptance Testing.
• Reviews mechanical designs to ensure compliance with industry standards.
