Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/SE/IT/ CIS/ MIS/ Data Science/ Information Science/ Engineering. Other bachelor’s degrees considered with related IT experience. Apprenticeship in lieu of degree considered.

Aufgaben

• Administer and maintain 3rd party software products (e.g., StackVision, Aveva PI) and custom interfaces for data exchange.
• Troubleshoot security, firewall, network or database issues.
• Support incident handling and investigations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver business solutions.
• Participate in system architecture reviews, security assessments and continuous improvement.
• Apply updates/patches, monitor systems, review vendor roadmaps, perform upgrades.
• Provide production support and interact with clients and vendors.
• Offer technical assistance on projects.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call support on a rotating basis.
