Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field; other IT degrees considered with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain multiple 3rd party software products (e.g., StackVision, Aveva PI) and interfaces used to exchange data between applications.
Troubleshoot security, firewall, network, and database issues.
Support incident handling and investigations on incidents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver business solutions.
Participate in system architecture reviews, security assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Apply system updates/patches, monitor systems, review vendor roadmaps, and perform upgrades.
Provide production support and interact with clients and vendors.
Provide technical assistance on projects.
Participate in a 24x7 on-call support role on a rotating basis.
