Job summary

Industrial Maintenance Jobs in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a maintenance professional to service powerhouse and HVAC systems. You will install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and overhaul instrumentation and control systems, while maintaining logs and participating in safety programs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and an associate degree in a related field. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to read diagrams are essential. On-site work with benefits included.

Qualifications

• Experience with powerhouse, power generation or HVAC systems strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and supervisors.
• Ability to enter data and use office software.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair remote and local control systems for HVAC, gas turbines, boilers, air compressors, generators and valves.
• Ability to read process and instrument diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and participate in required safety trainings.
• Install, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, repair and overhaul powerhouse and supervisory systems and instruments.
• Implement preventative maintenance schedules.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and records.
• Assist outside service engineers and maintain maintenance records.
• Read diagrams for electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Program data loggers and controllers; generate ladder logic records.
• Perform other duties of similar level as assigned.
