Job summary

Foley Equipment is seeking an EPG Field Technician to troubleshoot, service, and repair power generation systems at customer worksites in Kansas and NW Missouri. You will handle fuel polishing, load bank testing, and respond to calls to ensure excellent customer experience.

The role requires knowledge of generator applications, ability to read manuals and schematics, and a Class A/B CDL or the ability to obtain one. Expect occasional overtime and travel for training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of power generator applications and repairs.
• General knowledge of basic hand tools and measuring tools.
• Ability to read specifications, service literature, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on power generation assemblies.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot generator problems and perform critical repairs.
• Work overtime and respond to after-hours calls as needed.
• Conduct DOT inspections on service truck and perform start-ups per manufacturer checklist.
• Travel for training or to assist at other locations.
