Qualifications

• PE license preferred.
• 3+ years of direct work in Power Generation.
• Experience delivering 3-5 multifaceted construction projects simultaneously.
• Overseeing technical aspects and mentorship of project resources.

Responsibilities

• Continues to learn and develop knowledge of design guides, standards, codes, and Commonwealth Associates policies.
• Provides guidance on departmental standards and procedures.
• Supports continuous improvement and change management efforts with leadership.
• Communicates client interests to project team and helps meet these interests throughout projects.
