Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand the principles of 3-phase medium and high voltage permanent magnet machines.
• Design generators' stators and windings with safety, reliability, and manufacturability in mind.
• Guide the manufacturing approach and identify major tooling required.
• Utilize industrial standards for construction and material selection.
• Define and document best practices, tools, templates, etc.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff.
