Liberty Energy in Henderson, Colorado invites applications for a Power Generation Maintenance Crew Leader. You will oversee daily maintenance activities for an assigned crew and equipment, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and quality.

You will communicate with the Service Lead, review work orders, manage resources, QA completed units, and drive adherence to the maintenance plan and CMMS. A background in gas engines, generators, and electrical/mechanical maintenance is preferred.

Formación

• Experience maintaining on-time delivery of equipment maintenance schedules.
• Experience managing skill levels to meet delivery timelines.
• Management experience of multi-level teams (>6).
• Gas engine, generator, power distribution equipment, mechanical and/or electrical background preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs work tasks safely and enforces LOTO and permits.
• Reviews asset check-in, diagnostics, parts requests, and open work orders.
• Coordinates with Parts/Warehouse for timely parts fulfillment.
• Keeps maintenance schedule aligned with plan and notifies changes to leadership.
• Performs QC of completed units and ensures no open work orders remain.
• Trains and guides team members; stays updated on industry trends.
