Job summary

Farm & Home Supply in Cottleville, MO is seeking a team member to deliver outstanding customer service and help maximize sales through friendly, informed assistance.

You will assist customers, stock merchandise, operate the Telxon handheld and cash registers, and support safety and loss-prevention procedures while meeting scheduling needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age requirement is 18 years old.
• Must possess great customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate departmental merchandise and educate them on product knowledge.
• Verify proper product rotation and stocking of merchandise.
• Operate a handheld Telxon and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist customers with special order requests and sales.
• Operate cash registers and assist with customer carry outs.
• Follow company guidelines for department merchandising and store ads.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment and follow loss prevention procedures.
