We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Powered Equipment Operator at our Kalamazoo, MI facility. As a Powered Equipment Operator, you will process and move materials to support plant production, detect and report defective materials, and maintain a clean, safe working environment. Working hours are 11 pm-7 am, Sunday night through Thursday night.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• High school Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of paper grades and machine operation experience is a plus but not required.
• Successful safety, attendance, and quality record.
• Ability to read, understand instructions, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work positively with teammates and function as a mature professional.
• Enthusiasm for a safety-first work environment.
