We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Powered Equipment Operator at our Kalamazoo, MI facility. As a Powered Equipment Operator, you will process and move materials to support the daily plant production schedule, detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Plant Manager or designee, and maintain a clean and orderly working environment following safety regulations. Working hours are 7am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with some additional hours on Saturday based on business needs.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Knowledge of paper grades and previous machine operating experience is a plus but not required.
  • Proven track record in safety, attendance, and quality.
  • Ability to read, understand instructions, and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work as a mature professional, positively interacting with teammates.
  • Willingness to work effectively in a team environment and handle any task required for team success.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a safety-first environment.
