Google LLC is seeking a Power Engineering Technical Lead in Sunnyvale, CA to drive the technical power delivery solutions for data center hardware, enabling high-performance TPU, GPU, and networking systems. You will operate at the highest levels of technical leadership, delivering innovative power delivery and management solutions from concept to high-volume production.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of hardware and power delivery design experience including AC/DC and DC/DC converter design.
• 10 years of technical leadership in data center power delivery system design.

Responsabilidades

• Lead power delivery and power management solutions for Google’s data center hardware across TPU, GPU, server compute, and networking.
• Drive architecture to volume production and deployment, addressing fleet-wide deployment challenges in a high-demand environment.
• Steer engagements with suppliers to ensure high-yield manufacturing.
• Serve as the technical authority on system-level performance and complex trade-offs.
