Qualifications

• Five+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within electrical power systems or related technical industries.
• Strong proactive sourcing and ability to engage passive candidates.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and advise hiring managers.
• Excellent communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple searches.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer for Asplundh Power positions.
• Source specialized field and technical talent across electrical testing, substations, transformers, and related services.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, travel expectations, and priorities.
• Screen candidates for technical experience, certifications, compensation expectations, travel flexibility and fit.
• Build pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles across multiple markets.
• Provide hiring leaders with market insights on talent availability and compensation.
• Deliver a responsive, high-quality experience for candidates and managers while maintaining recruiting data.
