Job summary

Qualifications

  • Trade Certification or High School Diploma required.
  • Maine HP Boiler Operator License required (minimum).
  • 2-5 years of boiler operations experience preferred.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong boiler systems knowledge, maintenance and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; able to make quick decisions.
  • Good physical condition; able to lift and carry equipment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills; independent worker when needed.
  • Commitment to safety and proactive hazard mitigation.
