As a Power Electronics Intern, you will work with experienced engineers on hardware development lifecycle from concept to testing, gaining hands-on experience with real hardware and high-voltage systems.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering with a focus on power electronics.
• Solid understanding of converter topologies and switching device operation.
• Familiarity with circuit simulation tools such as SPICE/LTspice/PLECS.
• Hands-on lab experience with basic test equipment and measurement techniques.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and development of power conversion systems.
• Model and simulate power converter topologies and control strategies.
• Support component selection, circuit design, and hardware bring-up.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to characterize devices and magnets.
• Prototype, bench test, and analyze key electrical waveforms.
• Document results and participate in design reviews.
