Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10–12+ years of experience in power electronics or high-power electrical systems.
• Experience in technical leadership, functional leadership, or engineering management.
• Cross-functional collaboration with diverse engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of power electronics engineers and contributors.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and development priorities within the team.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, performance feedback, and succession planning.
• Coordinate with system architecture, mechanical/thermal, firmware, validation, manufacturing, quality, supply chain.
