Job summary

Venture Hire Group LLC seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to design, develop, test, and validate advanced power conversion and management systems for military/aerospace and industrial use. The role centers on AC/DC and DC/DC supplies, UPS and inverters, PCB/hardware design, and ruggedized electronics.

You will translate requirements into robust electrical solutions and drive product release with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 5+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• Experience with power electronics and UPS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex electrical and power management systems.
• Design and troubleshoot AC/DC and DC/DC power supplies, UPS systems, inverters, and distribution.
• Develop circuit topologies and document electrical designs for release.
• Select components based on performance, manufacturability, reliability, and cost.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigations.
• Prepare technical documentation and support cross-functional teams.
