  2. 8+ years of experience in electrical design, including system‑level architecture and integration
  3. Demonstrated technical leadership in at least one electrical engineering domain (e.g., power, display, sensors, infrastructure, high‑speed interfaces, analog/mixed‑signal)
  4. Documented experience delivering products or systems from concept through prototyping, validation, and mass production or large‑scale deployment
  5. Experience leading cross‑functional engineering teams and mentoring engineers
  6. Proficiency with industry‑standard design, simulation, and analysis tools (e.g., Cadence, Altium, SPICE, MATLAB, or similar)
  7. Experience communicating technical decisions to technical and non‑technical stakeholders (e.g., design reviews, technical specifications, project updates)
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  2. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  3. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  4. Experience characterizing power consumption, battery run time, and battery charging/discharging curve at each NPI (New Product Introduction) build
  5. Experience collecting power measurements for weekly Software builds and drive power consumption optimization cross‑functionally
  6. Demonstrated experiencing leading analog and power system architecture, charging architecture, chipset selection, and system integration for the battery powered product
  7. Experience creating power models to estimate battery day of use, power circuit design, simulation, validation, and characterization across multiple products, ensuring their successful delivery
