Job summary

IES Utilities Group is seeking a Distribution Electric Framework Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of LV/HV distribution projects across UK networks. The role interfaces with major DNOs, manages capital programmes and ensures safety, quality and margin targets are met.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years in UK power distribution, NEC3/NEC4 contract experience, and a background in OHL/UG frameworks with strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of management experience in UK power distribution LV/HV networks up to 33kV.
• Proven track record delivering OHL and UG frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contract mechanisms in utilities.
• Experience as Principal Contractor under CDM Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of LV/HV schemes from inception to closeout.
• Coordinate resource allocation across multiple geographic work clusters.
• Ensure programme integration with DNO outage windows and minimise penalties.
• Oversee third-party interfaces, including Street Works and environmental bodies.
