Job summary

The City of Loveland seeks a Power Development Liaison to coordinate electric development projects through planning, review, design, and construction. You will communicate requirements and project status to developers, contractors, consultants, and internal staff.

You will review plats and easements, track project milestones, and maintain documentation while ensuring a customer-oriented approach across department lines. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, technical customer support, or construction related administrative work.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
• Bluebeam (or Adobe Pro) and ArcGIS experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume public contact office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate review comments and conditions of development to stakeholders per RFES and city policies.
• Review surveys, plats, and easements for developments tied to electric distribution.
• Coordinate and monitor easement docs and fees; manage recording workflow.
• Coordinate service transfers and maintain takeover archives.
• Maintain cross-department communication to improve processes and customer service.
