Job summary

WSP is seeking two Associate Project Managers to support our Power Delivery Project Management team in Saint Louis, MO and Richmond, VA, with the option to work remotely within the region. The roles will assist Project Managers on transmission and substation projects, coordinating activities and maintaining project documentation.

Based in a collaborative environment, you will track milestones, support budgeting and risk management, prepare reports, and participate in stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (engineering or related field).
• 5–7 years of post-education experience in a project management role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project management principles and basic software tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities with internal teams, clients, and contractors.
• Monitor progress with KPIs, identify risks, and report findings to the team.
• Prepare and maintain progress reports, meeting minutes, and risk assessments.
• Assist in budget tracking and ensuring expenditures align with approved budgets.
• Prepare presentations and status updates for meetings with management and clients.
