Job summary

HDR, Inc. in Denver, Colorado is seeking a Power Delivery Intern to gain real-world experience on exciting electrical infrastructure projects.

You will work under supervision, apply standard engineering techniques, and interact with mentors and leaders in a collaborative, employee-owned culture. The internship targets students in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum 2 years toward degree and a 3.0+ GPA, offering exposure to power delivery, transmission, and distribution disciplines in

• Preferred: Civil or Mechanical Engineering focus; interest in power delivery.

Power Delivery Intern

We'll count on you to:

• Offer real-world experience on exciting projects
• Connect with recent college graduates and our company leaders through mentoring and young professionals programs
• Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures
• Perform assignments under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager
• Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• An emphasis on Civil or Mechanical Engineering in studies is strongly preferred
• Interest in power delivery, overhead distribution/transmission
• Prefer minimum of 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.) Colorado: $22.00 - $26.00
