Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience leading utility or transmission design projects.
- Demonstrated client relationship management experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in client-facing situations.
- Proven technical leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and consulting teams in a business unit or office.
- Participate in business development for assigned markets.
- Recruit, develop, and retain engineers and designers.
- Provide technical leadership and QA/QC for transmission and utility projects.
- Mentor engineers and designers to grow technical capabilities.
- Support workforce planning and staffing strategy.
