Position Overview

Poweryour future with Qualus in our Program Management department as a Senior Business Intelligence Specialist. The Senior Business Intelligence Specialist will gather, analyze, and compile data required by various customers. Transforming data correctly with the ability to extract relevant information helping organizations in making sense of the vast volumes of data they possess is key. Mining data utilizing analytics tools, the BIA will report back findings. This role requires a passion for data and a highly analytical mind. Top candidates will also have good written and verbal communication skills in order to effectively explain the dashboards and reports generated.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret structured data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of Power BI experience

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating data from systems such as Primavera P6, SAP, Oracle, Maximo, or Microsoft Project.
• Experience within construction, power generation, utilities, manufacturing, engineering, or project controls environments.

• Bachelors Degree

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged sitting at a desk and working on a computer (often 6–8 hours per day)
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and mouse use
• Visual acuity to read and edit detailed documents on screen and in print
• Occasional standing, walking, or moving around an office environment
• Speaking and hearing to communicate clearly via phone, video conference, and in-person
• Occasional lifting or moving of materials (typically up to 10–25 pounds) such as binders, laptops, or printed proposals
• Travel, though usually limited, may be required for in-person meetings or kickoffs (depending on the organization)
