Experience Supporting Sensitive Data Environments

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Power BI dashboards and data models
• Maintain data connections, refresh schedules, and user access
• Manage Dev, UAT, and Prod environments
• Ensure compliance with data security standards (RLS, encryption, masking)
• Write and update technical documentation, SOPs, ERDs
• Collaborate cross-functionally and support related BI tasks as needed
