Job summary

Ampacity, part of the Quanta Services family, seeks a Data Analyst to deliver trusted reporting and analytics for multiple business functions. You will translate business needs into data requirements and deliver dashboards, automated reporting, and data assets in cloud environments.

You’ll work with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, scalability, and timely delivery, enabling faster, better decisions across departments and driving analytics maturity over time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technology-forward analytics partner, turning questions into scalable data solutions.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting.
• Use SQL to query, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources.
• Support data pipelines and integrations across cloud data platforms and ERP data.
• Standardize KPI definitions and reporting methodology to create a reliable single source of truth.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports (executive scorecards, dashboards, self-service views).
• Write and optimize SQL queries for analysis and reporting datasets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and priorities.
• Work with cloud data services to support ingestion, transformation, and refresh cadence.
• Assist with data integration validation using an iPaaS platform.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and translate findings into clear insights.
• Create and maintain documentation for metrics, data sources, and dashboard usage.
• Evolve role as business needs change.
