• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Build interactive and scalable Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to client needs.
• Design and optimize data models using DAX, Power Query, and SQL for performance and accuracy.
• Provide workforce insights, trend analysis, and KPI tracking to support strategic decisions.
• Connect Power BI with enterprise systems like Workday, Oracle, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft O365.
• Partner with consulting teams and client leadership to present insights and recommendations.
• Support analytics transformation projects, ensuring readiness, validation, and issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to data security, compliance, and governance standards.
