Job summary

Bechtel Corporation in New Albany, OH is seeking a PIIM Analyst to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for EPC project environments. The position is full-time and project-based, reporting to the PIIM Insights & Analytics Lead, with opportunities to work with large-scale Bechtel EPC projects and grow core

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2–5 years of relevant experience or 6–9 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and data modeling.
• Experience with Microsoft tools (Excel VBA/Macros, Forms, Power Apps) to support data collection and reporting workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional project teams and deliver client-ready reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-functional Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Reconfigure, customize, and deploy template dashboards for project stakeholders.
• Transform data using Power Query and design semantic models and measures (DAX).
• Collaborate with project teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Support data quality, validation, and governance efforts across reporting outputs.
• Write SQL scripts to query and transform source data in support of project reporting.
