Job summary

Profile Software is seeking a Power BI & Microsoft 365 Solutions Specialist to join our growing team and drive BI, data analytics, and digital workplace initiatives.

You will develop Power BI dashboards and data models, build applications with Power Apps, and automate processes with Power Automate across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel and SQL, while training users and translating business needs into technical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience in data modeling and reporting solutions.
• Strong understanding of DAX, Power Query, and data visualization best practices.
• Experience or knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps.
• Good understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Analyze business data and create KPI-driven insights.
• Design and develop applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Build business process automations using Power Automate.
• Work with data from Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel, SQL databases, and other enterprise systems.
• Provide end-user support and training for Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Optimize business processes using Low-Code / No-Code platforms.
• Participate in Digital Transformation and Business Intelligence initiatives.
