Job summary

Planned Systems International, Inc. (PSI) is seeking a Metrics Reporting Specialist for the TPQI team supporting the VA’s OIT. The role develops and maintains Power BI reports, verifies data quality, and collaborates across QA, T&E, and data teams to deliver timely metrics.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in reporting/analytics, experience with Power BI (DAX/M), Excel, and a background in government-related projects. Tampa area preferred; full-time employment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/analytics fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in reporting, analytics or business operations.
• Power BI or Tableau development experience with data visuals and DAX/M queries.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint for data presentation.
• United States government related work preferred (DoD/VA).

Responsibilities

• Analyze data sources and ensure data accuracy.
• Build, update, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Maintain Measures and Metrics reports for accuracy and performance.
• Validate data and perform data quality checks.
• Gather user requirements and define data sources.
• Document processes, data flows, and reporting procedures.
• Collaborate with TPQI and stakeholders on metrics definitions and updates.
• Support data refresh monitoring and Power BI permissions/outputs.
