Job summary

Mark Anthony Group in Columbia, SC is seeking a data and governance professional to lead LT&TS scorecard, Hoshin tracker, KPI dashboards, and executive reporting across Brewing Technical Services, Packaging Technical Services, and the LTC.

You will build Power BI dashboards, automate recurring reporting, manage risk registers, track benefits, and align projects with executive priorities to drive EBITDA and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in business analytics, engineering, food/brewing science, supply chain, project management or related field.
• Experience supporting technical, manufacturing, quality, innovation, engineering or operational teams.
• Project and portfolio management, KPI development, risk reporting and data/benefits analysis.
• Power BI, report automation, data visualization, executive presentations, and business case development.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly LT&TS scorecard, Hoshin progress tracking, KPI trends, capacity capability, executive dashboards and quarterly business reviews.
• Maintain the innovation readiness, risk, and productivity project portfolio trackers.
• Report project health, milestone adherence, resource loading, escalations, and EBITDA benefits realization.
