Job summary

Qualus is seeking a Data Analyst Level 1 in the Program Management department to develop and maintain project reporting, tracking performance, costs, trends, and schedules. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, data transformation, and validation for the functional area.

The candidate will support reporting, dashboards, and executive-level insights, working closely with management and stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions. 2–5 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Power BI experience and report/dashboard building.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
• Experience with capital investment financial modeling preferred.
• Financial management experience: cash flow forecasting, PO tracking, risk assessment.
• Strong data management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience preparing executive-level reports.

Responsibilities

• Discuss goals/requirements with management and stakeholders.
• Gathers data/business intelligence from multiple sources.
• Develops data gathering methods and dashboards.
• Transforms data and validates it for accuracy.
• Develops reports and dashboards using Power BI and related tools.
• Creates calculations and measures for insights.
• Summarizes data for executives and clients.
• Collaborates across teams to improve data integrity and processes.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of outputs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
