Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an early-career BI professional to support and develop Power BI reports, SQL queries, and SSRS/SSIS pipelines. You will manage ticket queues, provision access, and migrate legacy reports while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes a balance between support work, report enhancements, and ongoing modernization of the organization’s data environment. A strong foundation in data analytics and communication is required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Power BI reports and dashboards.
• 2+ years of experience writing, modifying, and troubleshooting SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Experience with SSRS and SSIS.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and reporting concepts.
• Experience with report migrations, legacy system modernization, and data requests.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders to solve data challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance the organization's reporting environment using Power BI, SQL, SSRS, and SSIS.
• Manage reporting support tickets and provisioning user access to reports and data.
• Update backend data sources and maintain paginated reports for operations teams.
• Convert legacy reports to Power BI and optimize SQL scripts.
• Collaborate with business users to ensure reporting solutions meet needs.
