BairesDev is hiring a Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Power BI reports and dashboards. You will translate raw data into actionable insights, acting as the bridge between data engineering and business stakeholders.

This 100% remote role offers flexible hours and competitive compensation in USD. You will work with a globally distributed team, applying advanced DAX and Power Query skills to ensure data accuracy, build scalable models, and publish secure reports

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, or related field.
• Proven expertise in Power BI and complex data models.
• Advanced proficiency in DAX and Power Query for data transformation.
• Experience delivering enterprise-level reports and dashboards.
• Advanced English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Write complex DAX measures and calculations to meet business requirements.
• Build and optimize scalable data models and perform data transformations using Power Query.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity with robust validation and testing procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and visualization standards.
• Manage and publish reports within the Power BI service with proper security controls.

As a Power BI Developer, you will create business intelligence solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights. You will serve as the link between data engineering and business stakeholders, developing enterprise-level reports and dashboards that drive data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Write complex DAX measures and calculations to meet sophisticated business requirements.
• Build and optimize scalable data models and perform data transformations using Power Query.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust validation and testing procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators and visualization standards.
• Manage and publish reports within the Power BI service while maintaining security and access controls.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in creating business intelligence solutions and complex data models using Power BI.
• Advanced proficiency in writing DAX measures and utilizing Power Query for data transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to design and develop enterprise-level reports and dashboards.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
