Job summary

NAVA Software solutions is seeking a Power BI Developer to convert raw data into insightful dashboards, reports, and analytics. The role requires strong skills in Power BI, SQL, SSRS/SSIS, and DAX, with an emphasis on data warehousing and stakeholder collaboration.

The position is remote with a 12-24 month engagement, and experience in credit/loan/mortgage domains is highly preferred.

The Power BI Developer converts raw data into valuable and insightful dashboards, applications, and reports. Additionally, they offer design/solution consulting in Analytics and establish standards for the team. This role provides both functional and technical expertise in BI data management and business intelligence/application decisions.

Job Duties/Roles

• Develop, maintain, and improve critical business intelligence (BI) solutions and applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Offer design and solution consulting in analytics and business applications.
• Provide expertise in data management, warehousing, and business intelligence, both functionally and technically.
• Standardize internal BI processes and operations, such as deployments.
• Identify and engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance the internal customer experience.
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, developers, infrastructure teams, and project management groups.
• Help monitor system performance, reliability, availability, and recoverability of the data warehouse environment
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Power BI development
• Highly proficient in SQL, SSRS,SSIS.
• Highly proficient in developing solutions using Power Platform.
• Highly proficient in translating complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work efficiently with the data warehouse team to identify data dependencies and data requirements.
• Experience in writing Complex DAX queries and functions.
• Ability to manage highly confidential material.
