Job summary

IBC Bank is seeking a Power BI Developer I to build and manage BI solutions at our San Antonio location. You will translate business needs into robust dashboards and KPI scorecards, using Power BI, T-SQL, and SSRS/SSIS to source data and support reporting across the company.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration with IT and business teams to ensure data accuracy and timely insights. This is an in-office, full-time position based in San Antonio, TX.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or Information Systems required or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Power BI, SSRS/SSIS and SQL Server strongly preferred.
• Strong data visualization and analytical capabilities are essential.
