Job summary

Collins Aerospace, located in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst / Power BI Developer to design and sustain enterprise dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric. The role supports Global Engineering and Technology Center with modern data engineering practices in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will build data models, ETL pipelines, and optimized queries while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 2 years relevant experience.
• Experience with Power BI development including DAX, Power Query (M), data modeling, and dashboard automation.
• Proficiency in SQL and data query optimization, with hands-on ETL experience.
• Must communicate in English (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards for enterprise reporting across Global Engineering and Technology Center.
• Build optimized data models, queries, and ETL pipelines using SQL, DAX, Power Query (M), and Microsoft Fabric.
• Provide dashboard sustainment: bug fixes, performance tuning, data validation, issue resolution, user support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate features and automate workflows.
• Document dashboard logic, participate in code reviews, support testing, ensure data governance and quality.
