Job summary

OIT is seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our BI program in Denver, CO. You will design data models, create DAX measures, integrate APIs and BigQuery, and deliver interactive reports with ArcGIS visuals.

Experience with Power BI Service deployment, data source connectivity, and collaboration across teams is essential. Some in-person meetings in Colorado offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define reports and data models.
• Identify data sources and attributes for modeling and reporting.
• Proficient in Excel with complex formulas and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with business users and data analysts.
• Design, document, and optimize data models for Power BI.
• Connect to APIs, BigQuery, ArcGIS, and SQL data sources.
• Develop and optimize DAX measures and calculated columns.
• Create interactive reports with slicers, visuals, and drill-through.
• Publish and manage reports in Power BI Service and automate refresh.
