Job summary

Taskr in the United States is seeking an experienced Power BI Developer / Consultant to clear a reporting backlog and help shape the wider BI environment, with hands-on development focusing on Power BI and Report Builder.

The role may extend to senior consulting, providing architecture guidance across Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and Databricks, and offering leadership on data models, DAX and reporting quality for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong DAX, data modelling and dashboard development skills.
• Very strong attention to detail and report presentation – visual quality is a major priority.
• Experience building reports for senior/executive stakeholders.
• Experience with Power BI Report Builder / Paginated Reports.
• Microsoft Fabric experience, ideally including DirectLake.
• Understanding of modern data pipelines and BI architecture.
• AI/Fabric AI experience would be highly desirable.

We’re supporting a US manufacturing organisation looking for an experienced Power BI Developer / Consultant to help clear a reporting backlog and support the development of its wider BI environment.

The immediate focus is hands‑on Power BI development, but there is also an opportunity for a more senior consultant to help shape the future reporting architecture across Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.
