• > Requirements gathering with business users to translate needs into BI solutions.
• > Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis.
• > Strong Power BI data modeling skills with relationships and semantic models, including RLS and CLS.
• > Advanced DAX knowledge for measures, calculated columns, and custom calculations.
• > Experience connecting Power BI to SQL databases, APIs, BigQuery, ArcGIS, Excel, and streaming datasets.
• > Strong Power BI visualization skills: slicers, drill-through, interactive dashboards, streaming visuals, ArcGIS visuals.
• > Experience with Power BI performance optimization using DAX Studio and Performance Analyzer.
• > Power BI Service experience: publishing, access/security management, scheduled refreshes, large datasets.

Strong Power BI Developer with hands‑on experience building enterprise reports, dashboards, and reusable semantic data models.

Requirements gathering skills — work directly with business users/data analysts to understand reporting needs and convert existing Excel/manual processes into Power BI solutions.

Strong Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, data analysis, and reverse‑engineering existing business processes.

Strong Power BI Data Modeling experience — relationships, conceptual/logical/physical models, reusable semantic models, and Row‑Level & Column‑Level Security.

Advanced DAX skills — measures, calculated columns, custom calculations, and DAX best practices.

Experience connecting Power BI to multiple data sources such as SQL databases, APIs, BigQuery, ArcGIS, Excel, and streaming datasets.

Strong Power BI visualization skills, including slicers, drill‑through, interactive dashboards, streaming visuals, and ArcGIS visuals.

Experience with Power BI performance optimization, including DAX Studio, Power BI Performance Analyzer, and model optimization.

Strong Power BI Service experience — publishing, access/security management, scheduled refreshes, and handling large datasets.
